I have TaeoUI 2.1 and I have set it up the way I like and have added a ton on new mods to it. Can I upgrade from an older version without having to reinstall all my mods and change all my settings again. I just want to download 2.3, install it, and have all my mods and settings in place. Is this possible?

All of the mod settings are stored in the WTF folder. Since TaeoUI doesn't put any files there, you shouldn't lose any setup you've done. However, if you reset to defaults, all of your profiles will be reset. Any addons not part of the TaeoUI download are not effected, of course. If you update your options, only the addons that are responsible for that option will reset (like EBB for buff bar position).
