Hello all
Is there anything preventing users from updating the core mods. IE: downloading the most recent cartographer version via Curse/wowhead etc?

Hi Bubbles,
You're free to update core mods on your own but I recommend proceeding with caution. If Taeo UI is configuring the addon there is a chance that updating it may break that functionality if there has been any significant changes or new features. I advise you backup your Interface, WTF, and Font folders before proceeding with any manual updates.
You're free to add any additional addons into the mix - that won't hard anything. And in the case of Cartographer, we aren't actually performing any special configuration on it so updating it is fine!
