Now that I'm spending more time using the UI today, I've noticed that my UI scale is kind of set in stone.

Is there a way to change it that i just haven't noticed yet?

You can change your UI scale via the Video Options menu. Once you change it - go to the TaeoUI options menu (In the Addons section of the Interface menu) and click the Update Button at the bottom.

Exius nailed it. Just manually do an update after changing your scale. We may be able to automate that in the future.
