Can anyone tell me how to enable Party targets in Pitbull 4.0? Thanks

This one is a little complicated. I'll do it step by step.
1) Open the Pitbull config (/pitbull)
2) Click on "Groups"
3) In the "New Group" field type "Party Targets"
4) Click "Okay"
5) Click the "Enable" check box under the "General" tab
6) Click the "Filtering" tab
7) Click the check boxes to configure when you wish the frames to display
