ok i just used this i can't find the little computer button that brings up otptions macro soiund video etc can i get some help please tryed looking just can't seem to getit

Go into Bartender
Activate the Micro Menu.
You are going to want to unlock the bars and move it somewhere else. I put mine into 2 rows and set it to fade out when not hovered over. I have also found that if you change the scale you can fit it snugly between the right side of the UI and the Elkano's Buff Bars.

Your other option is to learn the keyboard shortcuts for things, but I have been playing since release and I have never bothered either.
